You feel certain that there is something on the third floor that you could put to good use in you escape attempt, but a dog near the Arch Hall seems to have another opinion on the matter. How do you get past the animal?
Well, one of the best ways to distract an animal is to feed it. In your explorations you may have come across the refrigeration room. There you will find a meat locker that has, of all things, meat. Take the meat, thaw it out, and give it to the hungry guard dog. The dog will eat heartily, and then go to sleep. From that point on you will have free movement past the hallway. But be sure to let sleeping dogs lie.
