So, you found a nice cart, but it has a flat tire and not of much real use in that condition. How do you fix the tire? Well, the tire needs something to pump air into it, naturally. Luckily, there is just such a device handy, and it is in the clinic. The blood pressure meter, which incorporates a small air pump to inflate an arm cuff, can be used as a small air source. Use the flat cart with the meter, and you can manage to inflate the tire. That will make the cart into a handy tool for moving things that might be too bulky to move otherwise.
